An event every week that begins at 10:15 am on Friday, repeating until Fri, March 1st, 2019
This class is designed for those with some Tai Chi experience. The focus will be on the Integral Tai Chi Easy™ Nine form based on Traditional Yang Style Tai Chi movements. Tai Chi practices benefit balance, strength and flexibility. The movements also promote stress reduction, centering, focus and relaxation. Movements are adaptable to all fitness levels and may be done standing or seated. Senior discount does not apply.
