Learn Tai Chi Easy, a carefully developed method and approach to Tai Chi that makes it easy, beneficial and empowering right away. Tai Chi practices benefit balance, strength and flexibility. The movements also promote stress reduction, focus and relaxation. Movements are adaptable to all fitness levels and may be done standing or seated. No Tai Chi experience necessary.
Registration is through Herndon Community Center. Herndon offers a discount for residents. Senior discount does not apply.
