This class offers Ashby Ponds residents a chance to learn about and explore Qigong (chi kung). We work with breath and simple qigong movements and stretches to promote balance, flexibility, reduce stress and promote well-being. Join Pauline as she guides you through simple movements to release, relax and revitalize. Class can be done seated or standing. Movements can be modified to suit individual need.
