Donald Alf has taught Tai Chi and Qigong classes now for over ten years. He continues to take Tai Chi and Qigong classes himself with Masters in the area as well as participating in Tai Chi and Qigong workshops in the area offered by visiting Masters. In his classes he is known for his passion and expertise for these internal energy arts as well as employing a wide variety of learning techniques to help his students learn. His overall goal is to help students learn movement and internal energy techniques to benefit their overall health and well-being.
