Walking Qigong or “KupKupFu” is a form of Chinese Medical Yoga that calms the mind and makes room for listening to the still small voice of the soul. All levels from beginner to advanced are welcome. Though Walking Qigong has the main function of enhancing mental, emotional and physical strength, variations of the movements are directed toward improvement of the lungs and heart, the kidneys and the immune system.
New students should arrive at the gazebo at Green Spring Gardens Park for a short training session with an instructor authorized to teach by Master Ko Wong of San Francisco and Hong Kong.
Though there is no charge for classes, donations are seldom turned down.
