Walking Qigoing – Luxembourg City

Walking Qigong practice will be led by Paul Rischard under the authority of Master Ko Wong of Hong Kong and San Francisco, the classes are free.

Walking Qigong, also known as “Kup, Kup, Fu” maximizes oxygen intake to promote improved health, vitality and youthfulness. This exercise strengthens internal organs, improves respiratory and immune functions, and calms the mind. Walking Qigong is a natural compliment to any preventive program and is particularly beneficial to students with weak immune systems and low energy levels arising from cancer or heart disease.

Another qigong form, Wan Fa Kung, is practiced as well. The Taoists believe this longevity exercise enhances mental clarity, calms emotions, prevents pulmonary problems, diabetes, PMS and rejuvenates the internal organs.
