Originally from China, but now practiced the world over, Tai Chi practice increases stamina, strength, and flexibility; improves balance and body awareness; reduces stress; and helps focus the mind.
Tai Chi is characterized by upright postures, gentle stretching, slow fluid movement, and healthful breathing. All ages and lifestyles can benefit. This class will focus on Yang Family Tai Chi.
This is an ongoing class. Enrollment is open through July, closing on July 31st.
Cost is $15 per class, payable monthly.
