Sheng Zhen Healing Practice Every Saturday at Noon in Silver Spring

Join a terrific group of people who practice Sheng Zhen Healing Meditation Stage One every Saturday at Noon at the Schweinhut Senior Center.   SZ Healing Meditation One is a seated form with ten movements.  The form is easy and fun to do, suitable for any age or ability.  The class is taught in a relaxed and informal manor by co-teachers Julia Shucker and Mike Kornely.  The benefits of the practice are many: from a deep relaxation,  balancing the emotions to revitalizing the body and elevating the spirit — and certainly enhancng the healing power of nature in one’s life.  This is an on-going drop in class.  The class is free and open to residents of  Montgomery County, 55 years and older.
