The National Qigong Association describes Qigong as “a mind-body-spirit practice that improves one’s mental and physical health by integrating posture, movement, breathing technique, self-massage, sound, and focused intent”. In this 4 week class series we will focus on learning one qigong form, and in the process explore many aspects of Qigong.
