Winter is a time to rest, restore and look inward. A time to slow down, be quiet and welcome the silence as the Earth sleeps. This respite allows us to nourish ourselves and recharge to be ready for the upward rushing energy of Spring. Winter focuses on the Kidneys and Bladder, the element Water, fear, wisdom and will. Participants will be guided through gentle qigong practices to support us during the challenges that come with Winter and to embrace its restorative gifts.
