Late Summer is a time to slow down, pause, reflect, digest and assimilate. Like a pause between the breath, it is a space between the upward and expanding energies of spring and summer, and the descending and inward-turning quality of fall and winter. Late Summer focuses on the Spleen and the Stomach, the element Earth, worry, trust and integrity. Participants will be guided through gentle qigong practices that support us during the nurturing peace that Late Summer offers.
