Spring offers awakening, new beginnings and rebirth. Following the restorative rest of winter, Spring is a time of upward rising energy which can instill in us feelings of joy as well as anger and frustration. Spring brings out our creative potential and invites us to be true to our nature. It teaches us how to be flexible as we move through life.
This workshop explores the elements, energies and emotions of Spring, and offers qigong practices to help us stay in balance and harmony during this lively season.
All levels welcome. Movements can be modified to suit individual needs.
