In Qigong we discover that the sensory world connects us to the ancient wisdom in our bodies through movement, especially as we relate to the earth around us. Synchronizing mind and body through movement, along with writing, deepens that understanding. In this series we practice Qigong and take to the pen to reflect on the experience. Whether it is a word, a sketch, a doodle, or a gratitude list, they all count as we create touchstones to record the moment and look to the Spring to help us jump-start our practice at home or in the office.
