An event every week that begins at 6:00 pm on Tuesday, repeating until Tue, April 4th, 2017
Heart Mind as One and Seated Eight Silk Brocades are the two forms we will be practicing during this series. We will do qi self-massage and QiGong Meditations as well. Please wear comfortable clothes and bring water, if you would like. We hope that you will join us and bring a friend!
