Acceptance and Cultivation of the Dragon Pearl at Daybreak is a deeply personal QiGong practice for those seeking wisdom to better understand the meaning of life and its changes. This form is a ballad, a story of a person relegated to dwell in a Siberian forest who travels thousands of kilometers to a monastery hidden deep in the Tian Shan, a mountainous region near China.
The form has both standing and sitting positions. Those who have practiced the internal arts, QiGong, Taijiquan, Yoga, etc. are cordially invited.
