This sense of vitality can be created through the centuries-old practice of Qigong (“chee-gong”). Based on the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Qigong uses movement, breathing techniques, visualization, and self-massage to renew and replenish aspects of mind, body, and spirit which feel depleted, and help restore us to balance. In this class series you will learn simple, yet effective, tools for improving your sense of well-being. Qigong can be practiced by anyone, regardless of age, state of health, or belief system. No special equipment or clothing is required.
