Learn about the ancient Chinese practice of Qigong (Chi Kung) to improve your health and increase your vitality. This four week series will include gentle, easy to learn movements, and the ‘how, when, where, what and why’ of Qigong. You may attend any or all of the classes. The series is being organized by the Oakton Branch of the Fairfax County Public Library.
