Sometimes called the Chinese form of Yoga, the graceful, fluid movements of strengthen the body while clearing the mind of stress. This form, Kuan Yin Sitting or “Heaven Earth Meditation” can be learned by all levels and has been found to lead the practitioner to an increased sense of well-being and greater emotional balance.
