Organ Cleansing and Strengthening Qigong is a unique and powerful Qigong form. Designed as one flowing, healing practice that takes about 10 minutes to complete, many people find this to be the daily observance for which they have been waiting. The form focuses on cleansing and strengthening the heart, lungs, liver, stomach, intestines, kidneys, gall bladder, brain and nervous system.
Sheng Zhen Healing Qigong is an integration of all spiritual healing traditions using the power of Nature to heal oneself. This power reveals the original state that abides in every human being. The explanation for the rewards of this practice is that it allows the Qi to directly enter and benefit the blood in the human body, bypassing the meridians. Yet, the underlying purpose of this practice is to experience the opening of the heart and the stillness of the mind.
