An event every week that begins at 12:00 pm on Friday, repeating indefinitely
These mid-day sessions are designed to be relaxing and refreshing practices. We will do a variety of forms; each class is a complete practice in and of itself. So you can participate every week or drop in when you’d like. We mindfully breathe and move, cultivating a sense of calm alertness. No previous experience is required.
This is an ongoing weekly practice.
