Acceptance and Cultivation of the Dragon Pearl at Daybreak is a qigong form that tells the story of a pilgrimage from a snow-covered birch forest in Siberia to a monastery deep in the Tien Shan. The slow, graceful movements of the form are both seated and standing. All who have experience with the internal arts (qigong, taiji, yoga, etc) are welcome.
