An event every week that begins at 11:30 am on Thursday, repeating until Thu, January 4th, 2018
This class begins with 30 minutes of Qigong. Qigong is an ancient healing art that consists of a series of movements preformed in a slow moving and/or non-moving focused meditation for reducing stress, improving physical health, strength, focus and balance as well as improving emotions, and opening the heart. This practice is suitable for all levels and all abilities. Followed by 30 minutes of Tai Chi Practice – based on the practice designed by Roger Jahnke of the Institute of Integral Qigong and Tai Chi.
