An event every week that begins at 12:30 pm on Monday, repeating indefinitely
This class begins with 30 minutes of warming up Qigong practices. Qigong is an ancient healing art that consists of series of movements preformed in a slow moving and or meditative movements for reducing stress, improving physical health, strength, focus and balance as well as improving emotions and opening the heart. The Tai Chi practice brings slightly more complexity for improved balance and mental awareness. This Practice is based on the Tai Chi Easy form created by Roger Jahnke (IIQTC – Institute of Integral Qigong and Tai Chi).
