An event every week that begins at 6:00 pm on Tuesday, repeating until Tue, March 21st, 2023
In this series, we will be learning and practicing a qigong form. We will practice qigong in harmony with the changing seasons. In each class, we will do qi self-massage and QiGong meditation. *no class on January 31.
9 Weeks – tuition is $131 for the series, $18 for drop-in.
