Qigong and Sonic Wave Journey – Herndon, VA

This session includes a gentle Qigong practice followed by a Sonic Wave Journey (sound bath) with Tibetan bowls. Qigong quiets the mind, softens the breath, relaxes the body, brings clarity and focus and improves overall well-being. From this space, participants are invited to experience their own journey into deeper relaxation and mediation guided by the sounds and vibrations of Tibetan bowls.
