Walking Qigong or “KupKupFu” is a form of Chinese Medical Yoga that calms the mind and makes room for listening to the still small voice of the soul. All levels from beginner to advanced are welcome. Though Walking Qigong has the main function of enhancing mental, emotional and physical strength, variations of the movements are directed toward improvement of the lungs and heart, the kidneys and the immune system.
This event will be offered as part of the World Tai Chi and Qigong Day, sponsored in Northern Virginia for the past twenty years by the Peaceable Dragon Internal Arts Consortium.
