An event every week that begins at 12:30 pm on Tuesday, repeating indefinitely
This class is available to employees of the Americn Physical Therapist Association. We take it slowly and go deeply into alignment, breath and prana. Accessible even for the less athletic, but deep enough for the experienced yogi.
