Sheng Zhen Meditation is a moving and non-moving meditation practice that circulates qi and opens the heart to activate increased physical, mental and spiritual well-being. Whether practicing in stillness or engaging in gentle meditative movement, one moves into harmony with one’s essential nature and experiences a feeling of divine contentment. Over time, Sheng Zhen practitioners are able to truly enjoy what life has to offer and to feel a sense of ease and equanimity even in the midst of life’s challenges. This practice is suitable for all levels of functioning and for those with physical limitations. Relax and return to your natural state!
