Qigong for Late Summer – July 21st.

This series of seasonal qigong workshops will cover movements and concepts surrounding the organs and energies of the seasons. Each workshop may be taken individually. All levels welcome. Movements may be modified to suit individual needs.

• Qigong for Fall will be held September 8th.
• Winter and Spring dates will be added later.
