Over the past 10 years Cynthia has been incorporating the use of a dowel to facilitate body mechanics and movement efficiency in Yoga, Tai Chi and Qigong.
Using a stick for support and alignment may help improve awareness, strength, balance, focus, mindful breathing while being relaxed and having fun.
